David W. Gray Chartered Accountant is a public accounting firm serving Guelph and Wellington County since 1984. In addition to conducting corporate audits and delivering assurance reports, we provide tax, financial management, bookkeeping, controllership, and business advisory services.

Regulated by the Ontario Institute of Chartered Accountants, we adhere to stringent standards of practice which are internationally recognized. Meet the Team

David Gray, CA

Having obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 1972, David Gray has over 30 years of experience assessing and reporting on corporate finances and helping individuals and business owners with their personal financial planning. As a consultant with ROCG Pacesetter Consulting, David’s focus is on developing significant opportunities within your business to build greater value.

Gary Stearns

Gary Stearns graduated with a B. Math degree from the University of Waterloo in 1980. While building his knowledge of, and experience in, public accounting, Gary, having spent a number of years as controller and general manager in corporate business, has acquired a high level of understanding of the business owners' needs. Performing audits of condominium and other not-for-profit organizations is another of Gary's roles within the firm.

Janet Stuckless

An integral part of the David W. Gray team for over 17 years, Janet Stuckless provides a wide range of on and off-site bookkeeping, personal tax, payroll, government remittances and other financial services to our varied clientele. Janet thrives in this busy environment while also performing the roles of internal accountant and office manager for the firm.
